Li Bingjun, male, Han nationality, was born in February 1963 in Linqu, Shandong. He started working in July 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China in March 1984. He has a university degree.
After graduating from Shandong Institute of Chemical Technology, Li Bingjun worked successively in the General Office of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of China and the General Office of the State Council. Since July 2013, he has served as the Vice Governor of Jiangxi Province, Member of the Standing Committee of Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee, First Deputy Dean of Jinggangshan Leadership College, Deputy Secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee, President of the Party School of Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, First Deputy Dean of Jinggangshan Leadership College; from November 2020, served as Deputy Secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee. He was elected Governor of Guizhou Province on January 29, 2021.
